So, I'm super late on this post, but I wanted to do a Valentine's roundup of all the fun we had around Valentine's day! My husband and I don't make a huge deal out of Valentine's - we would rather make a big deal out of our anniversary - but I think Valentine's is so fun to celebrate with kids!
I had my little guys do a little photo shoot in their Valentine's raglans.

Making Valentine's for their friends at school is always a favorite activity for me. I love to see what they pick out (I usually pull up a handful of ideas on Pinterest and let them look with me). These were the winners this year:
I found the ducks and the star sunglasses on Amazon. I designed and printed the card on cardstock, and used bakers twine to tie the ducks on. For the sunglasses, I hole punched the card and put an arm of the glasses through. They both were very excited to deliver the Valentine's to all their preschool friends, and I had a great time making them!
We saw these adorable socks when we were at Target one day, and thought they would make a perfect Valentine for their teachers! Whenever possible, I really like to include the boys in picking out the gifts they are giving others. We have fun shopping together, and my 4 year old has strong opinions about what he wants to give - I love seeing the thought he puts into picking out gifts!
I always enjoy picking out a few little things for holidays - I try not to buy things when we are out and about "just because", as it's so easy for all the stuff to just take over our house! But - I do really enjoy picking out little gifts I think that the boys would enjoy for holidays. My go to for new books is Scholastic - I love a good book, and am always excited to find new ones that I think will be popular at our house! I also was really excited to snag a phone and rocket wand during Bannor Toys Valentine's sale!
Our preschool had Donuts with Dad on Valentine's Day, so I had donuts on the brain, and put together this cute little donut printable! I think it could work all year round, anytime you wanted to give someone a sweet treat! (Want one for yourself? Newsletter subscribers get it for free! Subscribe here)
Hope you enjoyed your Valentine's celebrations!
